Maia has these little Polly Pocket type princess dolls that she absolutely loves...the problem is they often get misplaced and go missing for a few days. They usually always turn up somewhere when we aren't even looking. Well this time, there are about 4 of them that have been missing for more than a few days. Maia really wants to find them so tonight I was telling her that maybe she could say a prayer to Heavenly Father that she would be able to find the princess dolls, since it was something that meant so much to her. Shortly after this conversation, I was passing by her room and heard the following:
"Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for this day, PLEASE, PLEASE help me find my princess dolls. I don't know where they are. Will you help me find them? In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen." What a sweetheart. I bet they'll turn up tomorrow.

That is so sweet. I love stories about little kids praying to find things. And you're right... afterward they always show up!
Maia is lucky to have such a great mother that teaches her how to pray. And I am lucky to have such an awesome friend! I miss you!

How precious is that?!
So it was a miracle. I clicked on your name and your blog came up. I am so glad we are good enough friends now that you finally unblocked me. J/k. Maia is so stinken cute.
