Labor Day weekend we decided to take a trip to Crystal Beach with the Shaheen's--it was such a blast! I had to post lots of pictures of it, especially for all of those people back home who thought that it only snowed in Buffalo! Crystal Beach is on Lake Erie in Canada, but it looks and feels just like the beach in Southern Cali-- minus the waves. Maia, as you can see from the pictures really enjoyed herself...she loves the water so much! She wasn't sure about the sand at first, but she warmed up to the idea of it and it wasn't long before she was trying to eat it, of course! Now I'm sure that all of you will want to come and visit! And sorry if the wording below doesn't match up with the correct picture. It looked good on my computer, but I've been told it's kind of messed up on others....sorry!!

Maia was hard to keep up with....she kept pulling me everywhere (good thing she can't walk by herself yet or we would have been in real trouble!)

Looks fun! you will have to get me directions! We don't really like to cross the boarder but it is supposed to be HOT later this week and that might be really fun!

Wow, not bad!! The sand looks really nice. I would have never thought that there would be a beach there. Buffalo's not too bad after all!! :)
