Above is Maia looking kind of subdued at the Tops Easter Egg Hunt. She didn't really know what to think at first, so she just stood there looking confused. But, of course, it didn't take her long to get into the groove!
She is now wondering where all of the eggs are and where the big bunny went.
We went with our friends, the Phillip's--Hayden is having a good time in the paper grass!

Maia loved playing in the paper confetti grass. She didn't want to get out.
And of course, the picture with the Easter Bunny. Maia loved him from a distance--she kept waving at him and playing peek-a-boo with him, but the minute I tried to sit her down next to him, the tears came. So I had to get in the picture too.
Here is Maia all decked out and ready to go play in the two feet of snow we got this past weekend. The sun came out on Sunday (when we went out playing) and so it was SOOO bright, we both had to wear our sunglasses. Maia looks so stylish in hers! Oh, and if you look at the picture below, you can see that Maia definitely has a Class 3....okay, I just had to use that dental terminology to be cool, but really, look at her underbite! (except in the picture it looks more like a cross bite) Poor girl, her dental problems are already starting! Good thing her dad will be a dentist.
The picture below just gives you an idea of how much snow we got!
Above: Our friends the Rhoten's built a snow cave so we went over to check it out. Lots of fun in the snow, since church was canceled!

At least it isn't forever even if the snow is annoying. I hate the cold, I am soo glad that it is getting warmer. BUT, it is supposed to snow/rain all weekend so I guess you can have peace knowing that it's spring everywhere. :) Yeah, Cordell and Wendy's blog is http://cwmorris.blogspot.com/ We had a great time with them. They are lots of fun. We can't wait to get together again.

I feel your pain on the winter-front, but don't worry...Spring eventually emerges and you forget a few months how miserable winter can be. :) We are already seeing Spring a little bit, we're getting weather in the 40s! (My mom laughed when I told her how excited we were to get "warm" weather...they are in the mid-60s already in St. George...) But the snow should be melted by the end of the weekend and then I will officially dub it springtime. However, last year we got dumped on another foot in mid-April, so never say never...sigh.
