This is the kind of weather we've been experiencing lately....High's in the, well, single digits....I know you are all jealous and wish that you lived here too! Here is the latest weather alert for our area....
WIND CHILL WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 4 AM FRIDAY TO 12 NOON FRIDAY...
THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BUFFALO HAS ISSUED A WIND CHILL WARNING... WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 4 AM FRIDAY TO 12 NOON FRIDAY.
WIND CHILLS ARE EXPECTED TO DIP TO 20 TO 25 BELOW ZERO FROM LATE TONIGHT INTO MIDDAY FRIDAY.
A WIND CHILL WARNING IS ISSUED WHEN WINDS COMBINE WITH COLD TEMPERATURES TO CREATE DANGEROUSLY COLD CONDITIONS FOR EXPOSED SKIN. THOSE PLANNING TO VENTURE OUTDOORS SHOULD USE COMMON SENSE AND DRESS WARMLY.
I don't think I'll plan on venturing outdoors anytime soon.

You are so funny. I NEVER look at the weather. You are always on it. This sounds really fun. I didn't know they make warnings like that. I will be inside!
I love that Megan has no idea how freezing it is! It is awful! We had to go out to the Dr's this morning with All 3 kids! yikes! Keep warm, drink Cocoa!

Oh my!! I hate the cold. I can't even imagine! I complain when the wind blows here making it in the teens, but yeah I know inside that I really don't even know what cold is. BUT that is why I tell Nick I will never move outside my box. You are such a trooper! I love your little post too! Hang in there and think of the sun! Maybe you can make those little sunshine paper plates with Mia to make the days seem warmer! :)
chicago is also in this category.. i think when i left work.. it was -36 with the windchill... i have refused to let it pull me down so josh and i ran a bunch of errands as we dressed like eskimos!

At least you have your cute fashionable coat you were wearing last night. It should help fight off the wind chill.
well I guess it wont make you feel any better if I tell you that Cason and I just walked to the park. Sorry about the weather. My exact due date if March 15th and I'm huge. The fire department is a volunteer fire department so he just has to carry a pager around all the time in case they get a call. They do get paid a little bit, but its not much, and how are you feeling. I'm an so excited to have this baby and scared to death- how about you:) Miss you guys!
OHHHH, I'm so sorry!!! I really do not miss those days at all! I don't know how I did it! I guess it was the blessing of good friends!
Everyone here asks ow I like El Paso and I say, "it's the middle of January, it's 65 degrees and constantly sunny...I am doing amazingly well."
